Description
This 4" x 3/4” Brazilian Chestnut Prefinished Solid hardwood flooring is kiln dried, precision-milled, and boasts a 4-sided tongue & groove for easy installation. This flooring features Clear Grade Brazilian Chestnut – the most uniform grade available in exotic woods – allowing it to display uniformity while also allowing for the popular color variations found with this wood species. Each plank is equipped with a UV-cured Aluminum Oxide finish and 25 year warranty, affording it superior scratch resistance, increased hardness, and easy maintenance and cleaning. Commonly referred to by its South American name (Tiete Chestnut or Sucupira) Brazilian Chestnut boasts a Janka Hardness Rating of 3540; making it one of the hardest hardwood flooring species on the planet and a highly dense, desirable, and durable wood floor.
