How long does it take to receive my order? Orders placed online are normally processed and shipped within 1 or 2 days. There are a few products that may have a lead time. For time sensitive orders or to confirm delivery times please call our support team. Once an order has shipped the estimated transit times are as follows: East coast 2 to 4 days and West coast 5 to 6 business days. Your tracking # will be emailed to you after your order has shipped.

How is delivery scheduled? Most flooring orders will be shipped freight. The carrier will call at least one day before delivery to schedule an appointment.

How will my order be offloaded at time of delivery? The majority of deliveries will include a liftgate so the driver can lower the flooring to the ground. An exception to this would be flooring that is longer than 8’ (see product description) and there for too long to fit on a liftgate. Also, orders of 15 boxes/bundles or less will not include a liftgate considering they can be hand offloaded easily. For these types of orders we recommend arranging to have help if needed at the time of delivery to hand offload from the truck.

What if part of my order is missing or damaged? All orders are double checked for accuracy and packaged well to avoid damage. In the rare event of any missing items or damage a note must be made on the driver’s delivery receipt notating the issue. Please let us know of any issues so we can take care of it.

Description

Grey Ridge is a lightly wire brushed 7 1/2" x 1/2" wide plank Prefinished Engineered European French Oak from the Hurst Hardwoods Riviera Collection. This low-cost European style wood floor has been manufactured from Live Sawn White Oak that adds beautiful character, increased stability, and hardness. Planks from this collection come in 73"� long planks (70%), with the balance in 2' to 4' lengths. Characteristics of this wood flooring collection include lumber from European Forests milled on the finest German equipment to produce a superior product. Equipped with a 3mm wear layer for added protection, this hardwood floor can be glued, nailed, or floated, and boasts a 30 Year Warranty.
