How long does it take to receive my order? Orders placed online are normally processed and shipped within 1 or 2 days. There are a few products that may have a lead time. For time sensitive orders or to confirm delivery times please call our support team. Once an order has shipped the estimated transit times are as follows: East coast 2 to 4 days and West coast 5 to 6 business days. Your tracking # will be emailed to you after your order has shipped.

How is delivery scheduled? Most flooring orders will be shipped freight. The carrier will call at least one day before delivery to schedule an appointment.

How will my order be offloaded at time of delivery? The majority of deliveries will include a liftgate so the driver can lower the flooring to the ground. An exception to this would be flooring that is longer than 8’ (see product description) and there for too long to fit on a liftgate. Also, orders of 15 boxes/bundles or less will not include a liftgate considering they can be hand offloaded easily. For these types of orders we recommend arranging to have help if needed at the time of delivery to hand offload from the truck.

What if part of my order is missing or damaged? All orders are double checked for accuracy and packaged well to avoid damage. In the rare event of any missing items or damage a note must be made on the driver’s delivery receipt notating the issue. Please let us know of any issues so we can take care of it.

Description

Displaying Embossed In Register (EIR) wood-look textures, the Axiscor Axis Pro 7 Jackson Square waterproof vinyl floor is constructed with cut & painted beveled edge 7" wide x 6mm thick x 60" long planks; each with a UV-coated 20 mil wear layer. Axiscor Axis Pro 7 floors boast a 4.5mm Stone Polymer Composite (SPC) rigid core built to handle busy homes and a wide range of environmental conditions. These waterproof SPC floors do a phenomenal job handling subfloor imperfections thanks to their 1.5mm thick built-in IXPE underlayment pad. These vinyl floors are also easy to install below, at or above grade using installed using the i4F one piece drop-lock floating system.
