How long does it take to receive my order? Orders placed online are normally processed and shipped within 1 or 2 days. There are a few products that may have a lead time. For time sensitive orders or to confirm delivery times please call our support team. Once an order has shipped the estimated transit times are as follows: East coast 2 to 4 days and West coast 5 to 6 business days. Your tracking # will be emailed to you after your order has shipped.

How is delivery scheduled? Most flooring orders will be shipped freight. The carrier will call at least one day before delivery to schedule an appointment.

How will my order be offloaded at time of delivery? The majority of deliveries will include a liftgate so the driver can lower the flooring to the ground. An exception to this would be flooring that is longer than 8’ (see product description) and there for too long to fit on a liftgate. Also, orders of 15 boxes/bundles or less will not include a liftgate considering they can be hand offloaded easily. For these types of orders we recommend arranging to have help if needed at the time of delivery to hand offload from the truck.

What if part of my order is missing or damaged? All orders are double checked for accuracy and packaged well to avoid damage. In the rare event of any missing items or damage a note must be made on the driver’s delivery receipt notating the issue. Please let us know of any issues so we can take care of it.

Description

Global GEM's Coastal European Oak Glistening Sand waterproof rigid core SPC vinyl floor is a great option for anyone looking to add the durability and functionality of SPC flooring to their respective interior space. This waterproof vinyl flooring is ABA constructed in 9" wide planks & comes equipped with an attached 1.5mm IXPE underlayment pad to handle common imperfections found in subfloors. With a 5mm RigidCore, these 48" long planks are constructed with a 20 mil transparent wear layer that display beautiful Embossed In Register (EIR) wood grain textures that replicate the appearance of "real" wood. Protected with 2 coats of UV-cured Acrylic enhanced by ceramic beads for superior durability, Coastal SPC vinyl floors by Global GEM can be installed easily with Global GEM's 5G Click Floating System.

Global GEM offers a limited lifetime warranty, as well as detailed instructions for installing waterproof SPC vinyl floors from this collection. They even provide full technical specifications on a variety of resistance tests including water, impact, scratch, staining, fire, and sound.
