Manufactured with Oak, this hardwood flooring comes with a 25 year finish warranty, a lifetime structural warranty, and and lifetime adhesive bond and subfloor moisture protection warranty when installed following Bruce Flooring's instructions . This floor can be glued down, stapled down, or floated. Constructed with micro edges and ends, this engineered hardwood floor is finished with a Dura-Luster Plus Urethane. Also available in 3" widths, this collection has been approved by Bruce to be installed over radiant heat.
