Description
Our 7” x 3/4” White Oak #3 Common Unfinished Solid is a budget option for customers desiring a rustic-looking floor. See product image for an example of what this grade looks installed by an experienced installer/sander/finisher. This flooring looks great and will last as long as any other 3/4" solid wood floor. The quality of #3 Common Grade wood is too good for mills to throw away, but please note that this grade does allow for split and cracked wood, some open knots, missing or broken tongue & grooves, and some milling defects. Plank lengths for this grade will feature a majority shorter lengths with some possibly longer. Successfully managing these defects can be achieved by cutting off the ends of some of these boards and rejecting others. Also, split boards and boards with broken tongues can be installed by filling and sanding until the floor is solid & ready for coating. The usable percentage of flooring is reliant upon installer know how and individual taste. We do not accept returns or issue refunds for this product.
