With each order we receive, we strive to provide fast, quality shipping services that are both hassle and damage free. Our shipping policy below addresses the common shipping concerns for our many customers.

Cheap Shipping Rates To Anywhere In The USA:

Delivery Timeline:

We stock our products at distribution centers across the country, allowing us to ship your hardwood flooring order to you quickly. Typical deliver time for an order once it has been placed on an in-stock item is 3 to 7 business days. If you have specific questions on or if your order is time sensitive, call us at 866-449-0444 and we will exhaust all efforts to accommodate you.

If you’ve contracted out your job to an installer, we request that you do not schedule them until your order has been delivered to your job site. While our shipping partnerships are reliable and efficient, we cannot be responsible for extra costs incurred in project delays in the event that your order arrives later than expected. The best way to avoid any pitfalls is to order in advance to ensure your order is delivered when you need it.

Offloading at Delivery:

With our extensive experience of delivering flooring to hundreds of thousands of customers nationwide it is our goal that your delivery experience is well communicated and goes smoothly. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all flooring deliveries are delivered curbside. Over 90% of our deliveries do include a liftgate to lower the pallet off the truck. There are some circumstances where liftgate is not able to be utilized or available. For example, if a pallet is too long or too heavy to fit on the liftgate than the individual boxes will need to be hand offloaded from the truck. Also, orders of 15 boxes/bundles or less will not include a liftgate considering they can be hand offloaded easily. Since liftgate service is not guaranteed please have help at time of delivery if you are not capable off offloading boxes by yourself. If you would like to confirm if a liftgate will be able to be used on your delivery please call Reserve Hardwood Flooring to confirm. It is the customers responsibility to move the flooring from curbside into their home or business. After an order ships it is expected that the carrier can efficiently schedule an appointment with customer and proceed with delivery within 3 business days of the shipment arriving at the carriers local facility. If it is by request from a customer that the shipment be held for a future delivery date beyond this time then they would assume the responsibility of paying for any storage charges that are accrued during that time and must be paid to Reserve Hardwood Flooring before delivery can take place. Reserve Hardwood Flooring can hold shipments at the warehouse if customer is not ready to receive the order to avoid storage charges after it ships. Upon arrival, your flooring order should be inspected in two ways. 1) Be sure that the proper number of cartons were delivered as ordered. 2) Be sure to match the model/item number with the model/item number on your invoice from Reserve Hardwood Flooring. If you feel that there is a shortage of flooring, please note on the delivery receipt the number of cartons that are missing and contact Reserve Hardwood Flooring immediately. If there is any damage, please see shipping damage section below.

Shipping Damage:

It is our goal to ship and deliver all orders on time and free of any shipping damage. There are some rare circumstances where shipping damage may occur. If this unlikely event happens, please be sure to make note on the driver’s delivery of any damage that you see. For example, “2 Boxes Damaged”. If there is damage but you are unsure the amount, write “Visible Damage”. Count all boxes and items and make note of anything missing. Please take pictures to show the extent of damage that can be emailed. Due to the flexibility of using flooring pieces in certain areas, only damage above 3% of the amount ordered is eligible for replacement. Any material that is damaged on the ends of the boards or moldings are not replaceable as they can still be used for cuts or by the walls.

Orders with shipping damage are not to be refused at delivery and it does not constitute a basis for rejection of the order. A shipping cost has been incurred to ship the floor there and the same likewise if the product is rejected with possible restocking fees. Call your representative at the time of delivery if you need to feel more secure about the situation. If the order is sent back without agreement from Reserve Hardwood Flooring you agree to pay shipping both ways and a possible restocking fee. The whole order is not to be rejected due to part of it being damaged.

Our Return Policy:

Reserve Hardwood Flooring.com accepts merchandise returns within 30 days of receipt with return approval from an employee of Reserve Hardwood Flooring.com. Please note, customers may incur a restocking fee from the distributor and are also liable for shipping costs both ways. The merchandise being returned must be shipped back in its original packaging. Additionally, customers may also be required to palletize their returned order when necessary. Please note that special orders and accessories may be ineligible for returns.

When You Want To Cancel Your Order:

Due to the unique nature of home improvement projects, we understand that the needs of your project may change after submitting your initial order. Please note, however, that cancellations must be made by request. Approval will depend on both the nature of the materials ordered and how far along into the fulfillment process your order might be. It is important to know that there are some products specifically produced for your custom order and, as such, cannot be cancelled. These items may included flooring and/or accessories. 

Further, it is also possible that some items may incur a restocking fee if they are cancelled while in production but prior to shipment. Additionally, if an order has been approved for cancellation and has already shipped to another warehouse or to the customer themselves, a restocking fee and charge for any corresponding shipping costs will apply. A cancellation request is not valid by voicemail or email from customer and must be confirmed and acknowledged by a Reserve Hardwood Flooring employee. All cancellation requests must be confirmed in writing by Reserve Hardwood Flooring. For further clarification, please call and speak to us directly.

Claims:

The exclusive venue of any and all claims, demands and/or causes of action arising out of or relating to the manufacture, distribution, sale, installation, repair or modification of our products  (“Claims”) shall be the state or federal court sitting in Hillsborough County, Florida.  The purchaser consents to the jurisdiction of the Florida courts for Claims.  In any civil actions concerning the Claims, purchaser agrees to pay the attorney’s fees and costs ReserveHardwoodFlooring.com incurs in connection with such civil action in the event the litigant loses. Purchaser willingly and voluntarily waives a jury trial on claims. Other than warranty-related issues, flooring that has been installed is deemed to be acceptable. Any issues with uninstalled materials received must be reported within 10 days of delivery.
