Firstly, damage to some of the product or visual defects does not constitute a basis for rejection of the entire order, as a shipping cost has already been incurred to ship the floor. If rejection occurs, this charge will double. Rather than rejecting the order, make note of the problem on the delivery receipt and we will replace the problem flooring quickly. We also ask that pictures are sent of the damage to help us file a claim with the carrier. If you need to feel more secure about the situation, please call the representative that assisted you with your order. If the order is sent back without authorization from ReserveHardwoodFlooring.com, you agree to pay shipping both ways as well as a possible restocking fee. The whole order is not to be rejected for partial damage. ReserveHardwoodFlooring.com does back up what we sell and will see to it that your order is fulfilled to your satisfaction.
ReserveHardwoodFlooring.com warrants the materials for installation of the floor ReserveHardwoodFlooring.com sold only. In the event of a material breach of the foregoing express warranty, purchaser’s sole remedy is limited to a reasonable cost of the flooring’s removal, the original purchase price of the floor, and reasonable cost purchaser incurred to have the floor installed. At its sole discretion, in lieu of reimbursing the cost of the floor and its installation and removal, ReserveHardwoodFlooring.com may elect to replace the original floor purchased at its own expense. Our Return Policy:
ReserveHardwoodFlooring.com accepts merchandise returns within 30 days of receipt with return approval from an employee of ReserveHardwoodFlooring.com. Please note, customers may incur a restocking fee from the distributor and are also liable for shipping costs both ways. The merchandise being returned must be shipped back in its original packaging. Additionally, customers may also be required to palletize their returned order when necessary. Please note that special orders and accessories may be ineligible for returns.
When You Want To Cancel Your Order:
Due to the unique nature of home improvement projects, we understand that the needs of your project may change after submitting your initial order. Please note, however, that cancellations must be made by request. Approval will depend on both the nature of the materials ordered and how far along into the fulfillment process your order might be. Any issues with uninstalled materials received must be reported within 10 days of delivery.
