One of the many advantages of choosing ReserveHardwoodFlooring.com for your hardwood and laminate flooring needs is our fast, low-cost shipping service. Since our company’s inception, we realized how important shipping services are, for internet sales especially. With each order we receive, we strive to provide fast, quality shipping services that are both hassle and damage free. Our shipping policy below addresses the common shipping concerns for our many customers.
Cheap Shipping Rates To Anywhere In The USA:
We provide the cheapest shipping rates you’ll find anywhere online and deliver to ALL 50 STATES including Alaska and Hawaii. Shipping to Canada as well as International shipping is also available. Questions? Call us at 1-866-449-0444 and we’ll provide you with a price on delivery to your location.
We stock our products at distribution centers across the country, allowing us to ship your hardwood flooring order to you quickly. Typical deliver time for an order once it has been placed on an in-stock item is 3 to 7 business days. If you have specific questions on or if your order is time sensitive, call us at 866-449-0444 and we will exhaust all efforts to accommodate you.
If you’ve contracted out your job to an installer, we request that you do not schedule them until your order has been delivered to your job site. While our shipping partnerships are reliable and efficient, we cannot be responsible for extra costs incurred in project delays in the event that your order arrives later than expected. The best way to avoid any pitfalls is to order in advance to ensure your order is delivered when you need it.
Unloading Your Delivery:
When it comes to shipping, one key factor that separates us from the rest of our competition is that WE – for an estimated 98% of our deliveries – DELIVER CURBSIDE DIRECTLY TO YOUR HOME WITH A LIFTGATE AT NO EXTRA COST TO OUR CUSTOMERS. In fact, the only time you will ever have to offload your order from the delivery truck by hand is when either the local delivery terminal was not able to send a liftgate-equipped truck to make the delivery or if the flooring is too long for the liftgate.
Liftgate service is a HUGE advantage to our customers and can save time, energy, and money with larger orders, as the cost of hiring help to offload or the hassle of offloading alone is negated.
Please note, when ordering hardwood flooring with 8’ planks or longer, we suggest being prepared with help onsite to unload flooring from the truck, as it will be too long for the liftgate.
We recommend that you always be prepared with help if you are not able to unload the flooring alone. Remember, all deliveries are curbside-only and the driver is not responsible for bringing the flooring inside your home unless such services have been paid for in advance and arranged by ReserveHardwoodFlooring.com on your behalf. Quotes for this service are available by calling on inside delivery simply call our team at 866-449-0444.
Upon arrival, you should inspect your flooring order in two ways. First, be sure that the proper numbers of cartons have been delivered as ordered. Second, be sure that the products being delivered match what is on your invoice from ReserveHardwoodFlooring.com.
If you recognize a shortage of flooring or any damage whatsoever, this must be noted on your driver’s delivery receipt while he is present and immediately contact ReserveHardwoodFlooring.com.
Issues With Damaged Flooring:
ReserveHardwoodFlooring.com exhausts all efforts to ensure that your flooring arrives to your home in factory new condition with no shipping damage whatsoever. With a 98% success rate on deliveries in this manner, however, that does mean that 2% of our customers will receive their order with some degree of damage as a result of shipment. Often times, when cartons are damaged, there is no damage to the flooring itself. Overall in the rare event of damage it is usually very limited. Damage to your order is not a basis for refusal of delivery.
When shipping damage does occur, the following rules shall apply:
Firstly, damage to some of the product or visual defects does not constitute a basis for rejection of the entire order, as a shipping cost has already been incurred to ship the floor. If rejection occurs, this charge will double. Rather than rejecting the order, make note of the problem on the delivery receipt and we will replace the problem flooring quickly. We also ask that pictures are sent of the damage to help us file a claim with the carrier. If you need to feel more secure about the situation, please call the representative that assisted you with your order. If the order is sent back without authorization from ReserveHardwoodFlooring.com, you agree to pay shipping both ways as well as a possible restocking fee. The whole order is not to be rejected for partial damage. ReserveHardwoodFlooring.com does back up what we sell and will see to it that your order is fulfilled to your satisfaction.
