How long does it take to receive my order? Orders placed online are normally processed and shipped within 1 or 2 days. There are a few products that may have a lead time. For time sensitive orders or to confirm delivery times please call our support team. Once an order has shipped the estimated transit times are as follows: East coast 2 to 4 days and West coast 5 to 6 business days. Your tracking # will be emailed to you after your order has shipped.

How is delivery scheduled? Most flooring orders will be shipped freight. The carrier will call at least one day before delivery to schedule an appointment.

How will my order be offloaded at time of delivery? The majority of deliveries will include a liftgate so the driver can lower the flooring to the ground. An exception to this would be flooring that is longer than 8’ (see product description) and there for too long to fit on a liftgate. Also, orders of 15 boxes/bundles or less will not include a liftgate considering they can be hand offloaded easily. For these types of orders we recommend arranging to have help if needed at the time of delivery to hand offload from the truck.

What if part of my order is missing or damaged? All orders are double checked for accuracy and packaged well to avoid damage. In the rare event of any missing items or damage a note must be made on the driver’s delivery receipt notating the issue. Please let us know of any issues so we can take care of it.

Description

Our Amendoim Stair Treads are sold in any size you need. Standard tread sizes are 11 1/2" deep and 1" thick with a bull nose on the front edge. Just choose your length, prefinished or unfinished and add left, right or double returns (finished ends) if necessary. The lengths we offer start at 36" and go up to 94". A Return, on the left or right side of the tread, will have a finished bull nose and is necessary when stair case is open on the left or right side. To determine this, stand at the bottom of the stair case and if it is open on the right side those treads would need a right return. We can also manufacture any custom size tread you require. Please call for pricing and questions on anything you need but don't see online.
